2. Cookies — the short version
- This website sets no cookies of any kind and uses no tracking or analytics.
- No third-party resources are loaded (fonts and scripts are self-hosted).
- Under § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act), consent — and therefore a cookie banner — is only required where cookies or similar technologies are used beyond what is strictly necessary. Since this site uses none at all, no consent banner is required.
3. Server log files
This website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), a global content delivery network. When you visit the site, Cloudflare automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the website reliably and securely (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). Cloudflare offers a GDPR data processing addendum and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. No personal profiles are created, and log data is retained only briefly.
4. External links (Calendly, LinkedIn)
Booking links on this site lead to Calendly, an external scheduling service, and profile links lead to LinkedIn. Data is only transferred to these providers once you click the link and use their service; their own privacy policies then apply. No Calendly or LinkedIn components are embedded in this website itself.
5. Client project data (Jira / GitHub analyses)
For delivery assessments, dashboards and automations I access client systems (Jira, GitHub) in read-only mode and only after a written agreement.
- For EU clients, aggregated analysis without personal names is the default; a data processing agreement (DPA) is provided, processing takes place in the EU on German hosting, and data is deleted after the project ends.
- For clients outside the EU (e.g. Singapore, Australia), person-level views can be provided on request, where local law and the client’s own policies allow it. The chosen mode is always stated transparently in the deliverables.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
